While designed primarily as a collector's displayable, Gene Simmons' HELLFIRE DEMON AXE is fully functional and will perform exceptionally. The 7CR17MOV steel is built for heavy-duty use. However, most collectors choose to keep their Bladed Displayables™ in unused condition to preserve both value and pristine appearance.

Gene Simmons' HELLFIRE DEMON AXE is first and foremost a culinary collector's item, designed primarily for display. While the blade features premium materials and engineering, the unique materials require special attention if you choose to use it.

For collectors, we recommend keeping it in unused condition on its display stand, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

For those who wish to use the axe, please note that the genuine leather handle will require occasional conditioning, and the blade—while highly functional—demands proper care to maintain its pristine condition.

Hand Wash Only: Clean with warm water and mild soap immediately after use. Never leave food residue or moisture on the blade.

Dry Immediately: Thoroughly dry the entire axe, paying special attention to the leather wrapping and joints between blade, pickguard, and handle.

No Dishwasher: Never place the axe in a dishwasher as this will damage both the blade and handle finish.

Leather Care: Occasionally treat the leather wrap with appropriate leather conditioner to maintain grip and appearance.

Store Properly: Always return the axe to its display stand when not in use, in a cool, dry environment.

Respect the Leather: The wrapped handle is genuine and will need occasional conditioning with quality leather conditioner.

Why is there a $99 shipping fee?

Due to their rare nature and extremely high value, every StudioForge™ piece is shipped from our Toronto vault, exclusively reserved for StudioForge™ items, directly to your door. We use a white-glove service including custom protective packaging, fully-insured transit, and signature confirmation upon arrival. The $99 shipping fee* allows us to partially absorb these costs, ensuring your piece arrives in pristine condition.

If you choose to pay in full, we waive this fee and include free shipping.

Deposit Structure

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

To secure your pre-order, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is collected upfront. This guarantees your item is reserved. Here’s how it works:

- 20% deposit locks in your collectible.
- Remaining balance will be automatically collected when your item ships.
- Your item is reserved exclusively for you during this time.

What if I cannot pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance due will be automatically collected when your item ships. We will let you know in advance that your StudioForge™ item is due to be shipped. In case of payment failure, we will contact you via e-mail to process the remaining balance within a set deadline (from your original account or a new payment method). We will attempt to collect payment up to two more times within this timeframe. Should the payment still not be processed or if there is a failure to respond, the order will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled for up to 24 hours after purchase. Your deposit is non-refundable. To cancel your order, please email info@dalstrong.com with your Order ID.

What Is Your Return Policy? (WIP)

For defective / damages products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Because many of our items are limited edition, replacements may not always be available. In those cases, a full refund will be issued.

Please note:
Due to the handcrafted nature of each StudioForge™ piece, minor variations in paint or structural elements may occur. These do not affect the function, quality, or collectible value of the item, and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to decline damage claims for issues that do not significantly impact the integrity or presentation of the piece.

- A description of the issue
- At least three clear photos of the item and packaging

For undamaged products

If you wish to return an item that is neither defective nor damaged in transit, note that a restocking fee will apply. This amount is subject to change and will be communicated prior to return approval.

To return an item, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange return
- Return the item in unused, re-sellable condition
- Packaging must also be in re-sellable condition
- Return must be received within 14 days days of your return request
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Refund will be issued after inspection and approval
