The Blade

Painstakingly crafted over 60 days using the highest quality materials - AUS-10V steel, with 67 alternating layers of SUS410 damascus cladding. Complete with a Tsuchime hammered finish, hand sharpened to 8-12 degrees.

The Handle

Meticulously constructed of ABS polymer, a food-grade, incredibly strong and non-porous material. It is highly impervious to both heat and moisture with life-long durability.
