Like a fin through the waves, the Night Shark 12" Slicer glides through roasts, briskets, hams, and turkeys. Make long, clean cuts through watermelon, or slice a sheet cake with one fell swoop. Once you have one of these long, slender blades on hand in the kitchen, you’ll find it useful for all kinds of meal prep.
The blade is sharp, hard, and built to withstand the salty, acidic kitchen environment. It has a Rockwell Hardness rating of 58+, so it keeps an edge for longer. The ink-black titanium coating gives it stealth and sex appeal, as well as added corrosion resistance. Each Dalstrong blade spends between 30-60 days being painstakingly hand-sharpened by expert craftsmen using Dalstrong’s Diamond Detailing (D3) method.
Serious high-tech went into the Night Shark handle. Two incredibly durable, heat resistant plastics are contoured into this super comfortable, ergonomic, textured handle. It feels rough like shark skin, clinging to your palm even when wet. A deep index finger “choil” divot means your grip will never falter. And despite all that texture and shape, it’s still one of the most stain-resistant and easy to clean surfaces technology can provide. A fierce blue streak runs through the otherwise matte black handle.
These knives are meant for adventure. The ballistic nylon sheath features belt-loop straps so you can carry this blade with you.
