The blade is sharp, hard, and built to withstand the salty, acidic kitchen environment. It has a Rockwell Hardness rating of 58+, so it keeps an edge for longer. The ink-black titanium coating gives it stealth and sex appeal, as well as added corrosion resistance. Each Dalstrong blade spends between 30-60 days being painstakingly hand-sharpened by expert craftsmen using Dalstrong’s Diamond Detailing (D3) method.
